At RMB, we believe that each individual should do their best to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure peace and prosperity for greater good. As a group, we try with our generous capacity to impactfully uphold the Sustainable Development Goals [ SDG'S] pointed out by the United Nations in the following ways:
Anti-Drug Drives – We comprehensively conduct drug eradication programmes providing rehabilitation to underprivileged children of vulnerable backgrounds.
Disability Sensitisation Drives – We provide wheelchairs and other essential equipment to the differently-abled favouring our ideology of an inclusive coexistence for all.
Blood Support – We organize Blood Donation Camps throughout the year across several localities to assist the Health Dept.
Fun Parks – We have actively implemented our philosophy of “Playing is growing” through the development of modern day playing habitats for toddlers adhering to all safety protocols.
Disaster Relief – The tropical super cyclone 'Amphaan' caused a ravaging consequence in Southern Bengal. RMB immediately extended its helping hand by providing basic necessities and staple groceries in the worst affected areas.
Energy Awareness – RMB regularly organizes energy camps creating awareness among stakeholders about the essence and importance of solar energy in today's time. The forums are attended by eminent personalities of the field.

Be Proud, Be Visible
LGBTIQ+ INCLUSION
Every young person, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity, deserves equal access to opportunities and services and their safety should be protected.
However, young people who identify as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex or Questioning (LGBTIQ+) are among the most marginalised and excluded members of society. They are particularly vulnerable to stigma, violence and discrimination, due to their real or perceived sexual orientation and gender identity. This can have lasting consequences on their social and psychological health and have substantial adverse effects on society as a whole.
Thus we, at RMB always put one’s talent and calibre more importance than the person’s gender, sexuality, etc.
Our managerial team is working tirelessly to make more LGBTQ+ candidate come on board and help us to achieve the manpower diversity that we have been looking forward to.
To achieve that goal we have already embarked on this journey with some organizations by our side. We are also in talks with Bengal Chambers of Commerce in this regard.
After all, we’re all human
& that is the only thing that matters.
Durga Pujo... for all
This has become a pre- Durga pujo ritual for us to distribute new clothes among under privileged children. And the smile we get to see on their faces in return is the best pujo gift for us.
RMB in its ever growing endeavours will continue to safeguard and
improve the standard of living of mankind and the society at large.
